My intention is for you to become unashamedly yourself, to be certain of your values and to have the skills to move forward with courage.

Growing into the uniqueness of you and living it will bring you peace and hope for the future that you deserve

Warmth, empathy, understanding and a sense of humour are all the things that I bring into my work as a psychotherapeutic counsellor. I work from a genuine place of compassion as I am able to bring true empathy into my work due to my own personal journey and struggles.

Coming to therapy takes courage; healing in whatever form is hard work and needs time and space.  Along the way new ways of being, thinking and feeling are explored with the intention that you become your greatest advocate and in some ways therapist.  Life throws things at us sometimes that are unexpected which sounds obvious but can leave us feeling confused or stuck as we are then left to figure out the forward journey and this sometimes is easier with support.

Self-awareness and self-compassion are the key areas that I focus on with clients.  We look at all sorts of things together in a non-judgemental environment that is directed by you.

Whether you have suffered bereavement, which in itself can take many forms; the loss of a loved one, the loss of hopes, dreams, jobs, relationships and identity or you’ve lost your motivation and are feeling stuck or suddenly your thoughts are making it feel like you’re riding a roller coaster; whatever it is we can work together to forge ahead and get you back on track.
